Customized programs
Legacy is skilled in understanding the needs of your organization and working with you to develop the specific modules and programs to fit your development needs today and in the future.
Group Leadership Development Workshop
+
If your organization could benefit from having a group of your leaders improve their leadership skills, Legacy will design and facilitate a single or multi-day leadership training program for you. We can conduct the program at your offices or at an offsite facility. As an option, Legacy operates a conference center in Old Town Alexandria.
Team Building
+
Experience provides the most enduring lessons. Our customized Team Building programs use experience-based projects and facilitated discussions to generate trust, collegiality and success within and among teams.
In addition to accomplishing your specific goals for your group, participants gain insight about their intended and unintended impact on group process, and as a result become more effective as team members and as collaborative problem solvers.
Assessments and surveys
+
360-Degree Feedback
To help leaders develop a clear and useful understanding of their strengths and their derailers, Legacy incorporates a 360-degree feedback process in select leadership development programs. Using input and feedback from each leader's subordinates, colleagues, supervisors, and clients/customers, Legacy facilitators work individually with each leader in our programs to cultivate insight and help make meaningful improvements in his or her leadership.
Employee Engagement
Legacy administers an online survey to assess employee perceptions about engagement and performance at the individual, team/group, and organizational level. The survey questions, which can be customized for each group being surveyed, incorporate elements relating to satisfaction, emotional intelligence and corporate social responsibility.
Myers-Briggs Step I & II
Legacy offers an assessment process and workshop using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) that provides participants a useful understanding into their personal preferences. Participants will have an opportunity to validate their own preferences and understand their type in relation to others.
