Before establishing Legacy Team Development in 1991, Tom Wootten worked as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago, and with Deloitte & Touche in New York. Since then, Tom has helped Legacy become a leading international training and development organization.
Tom specializes in facilitating leadership development programs incorporating 360-degree feedback, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, experience-based projects, and one-to-one coaching.
Tom’s education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University, a Juris Doctor degree from the College of William & Mary, and a Master of Clinical Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tom is a qualified practitioner with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and an accredited Emotional Intelligence consultant. Tom recently became an ICF certified coach through Georgetown University.
